How to Implement Followup Tagging

Implementation Tip: To learn more about what tags are and how they can be applied to your organization for added value, check out this article. Only admin users have the ability to create and manage tags.

About Followup Tagging: 

• The primary purpose of followup tagging is to classify and filter followups in Check and IQ.

• Followup tags can be applied manually to followups as they are created and as they are viewed in Check.

Implementing Followup Tags:

1) Create the Tags you wish to apply to followups.

2) Apply Tags to your followups while creating or viewing a followup

Apply tags when creating a Followup

1. When creating a followup in Check, click the 'Tag' field.

2. Search for and select the appropriate tag, or create a new tag

Apply tags when viewing a followup

1. Navigate to Check -> Followups -> Followups to view your followups

2. Click to view the desired followup. Scroll to the left panel, and click in the 'Add a tag' field. Search for the desired tag or create a new tag.

3. Save the followup.

3) That's it. You can now view the subset of data that has the tag applied in the followup listing by creating a followup list with a tag filter applied.
