In IntouchAccess users can view and update their account details and, when applicable, manage their notification settings.
Access also provides organizations with tools for managing their user accounts, hierarchy/location details, user permissions, etc., although access to these features is restricted, based on individual user account settings.
From IQ, or any other product, you can navigate to Access by clicking on the icon at the top of the page, and clicking on Account Settings.
You will land on the My Account page when you navigate to Access, where you can view and update your account details.
You can also view the Products page, which includes product tiles and descriptions for the products you have been given access to, and details about other available Intouch products.
Admin users and users with permission to manage users or hierarchy details will also see the Organization Settings in Access.
From Access you can navigate to any other product by clicking on the icon in the header bar and selecting a product.
