What are permissions
Permissions are subsets of admin user functionality that can be provided to non-admin users piecemeal to allow users to perform some (but not ALL) administrator level functions.

IntouchAccess Permissions
- User Management: Provides access to add/delete users and user groups
- Hierarchy Manager: Provides access to add/delete hierarchy nodes and tags

IntouchIntelligence (IQ) Permissions
- Advanced Settings: Provides access to set up Triggers, Files, External Programs, Custom Reports, and the sharing features for Preset Filters
- View Hidden Fields: Provides access/allows users to view the data in IQ for Check & Survey questions that are set as Hide from reporting
- Delete Records: Provides the ability to delete records in IQ
- View KPIs: Provides access to view KPIs, Action Campaigns™, and Key Drivers created by other users
- Review Case Management: Provides access to create, view, assign, delete and manage Review Cases
- Edit Records: Provides the ability to edit the location node on Survey and Check records in IntouchIntelligence

IntouchCheck Permissions
- Manage Checklists: Provides access to create and publish checklists, and to manage IntouchCheck settings
- Create Checklists: Provides access to create (but not publish) checklists, and to manage IntouchCheck settings
- Audit Approval and Assignment: Provides access to Check audit approvals, reviews, and the assign audit feature in Check Admin

IntouchSurvey Permissions
- Manage Surveys: Provides access to the IntouchSurvey admin site
- Contact Center Admin: Provides ability to manage contacts and contact lists in the Contact Center, distribute emailed surveys to contacts, and manage custom fields and email integrations

IntouchCapture Permissions
- Data Exports: Provides access to data exporting features in IntouchCapture
- Event and Form Management: Provides access to create and manage Events and related objects in IntouchCapture (excluding data exports)
