DELETE STANDARD CASES PERMISSION
We know that deleting cases is a sensitive and irreversible action. To give your organization more control over your data, we have separated the "Delete" function into its own independent permission.
Previously, delete access was bundled within the Manage Standard Cases permission. This update allows you to restrict high-risk deletions to a specific subset of users while maintaining broader access for day-to-day case management.
To configure: Head to Account Settings > Organization Settings > Permissions and look for the new Delete Standard Cases rule under the IntouchIntelligence (IQ) section.
STREAMLINE AUDITS WITH BLUETOOTH THERMOMETERS
Are you looking to eliminate manual entry errors and speed up your food safety checks? We have officially launched support for Bluetooth thermometers within IntouchCheck!
This new integration allows temperatures to be captured wirelessly and synced directly into your digital checklists in real-time. This not only ensures 100% accuracy for your compliance logs but also makes the process much faster for your team in the field.
How to Enable this Feature: Bluetooth thermometer integration is enabled at the organizational level. If you are an account administrator and would like to turn this feature on for your organization, please contact your Account Manager or Product Support at support@intouchinsight.com.
