New & Updated Features
New Check DashboardA standard Check dashboard has been added to the Dashboards page in IQ so that Check users can see the information that is most important to them, without having to manually build a custom dashboard. The dashboard defaults to the past 30 days and includes all check programs, but all filter options are available to allow users to refine the results.
|
Updated Table ViewWhen a user drills into the table view from a program scorecard (on the Dashboards page in IQ) they will, by default, see a list of all records for all locations, for the past 30 days. They will also see an overview of the average score and record count over the past 30 days (regardless of date range filters that are applied).
Using the hierarchy sidebar, a user can drill down in the hierarchy to view a list of records for a specific node. Filter options are available on the table to allow users to refine the results further. In the sidebar, users will only see the hierarchy node(s) to which they have access. Users can view an individual record report by clicking on the record details in the list. Users can also toggle to the hierarchy breakdown With these changes, hierarchy details will load more quickly, allowing users to access their data more efficiently.

Improvements for Auditors
- Update Later/Update Now -
- The message auditors see when a new version of Check is available has been changed to minimize the risk that they will update the app while completing an audit, and potentially lose unsaved data.
- Real-Time Section Scores -
If the Show percentage in review screen and sidebar setting is enabled on a checklist, the section score will be displayed and will update in real-time, as the auditor answers the questions, so that they can see a summary of the results before they go to the review screen.

New & Updated Features
Improvements to Email Distribution
- Set Multiple Logic Conditions -
Users can now set multiple logic conditions to trigger auto-delivery of a survey to a contact.
For example, the survey should be distributed if the contact:
- Is over the age of 30 AND has French set as their language AND has made a purchase at a store since the beginning of 2019
This provides our clients with more flexibility and control over their survey distributions.
- Custom Email Sender & ‘From’ Address - In the global survey settings, users can configure a custom email sender using an existing Mailgun, Mandrill, or SMTP email account in order to add a custom ‘From’ email address. A custom ‘From’ email address can then be used when configuring the email distribution settings on a survey so that all emailed surveys come ‘From’ that address.
- Custom ‘Reply-to’ Address - Users can add a custom ‘Reply-to’ email address when configuring the email distribution settings on a survey to ensure that all replies are directed to a specific inbox. |
- Submission Limit -
A submission limit can be enabled when configuring the email distribution settings on a survey to prevent the contacts who receive the survey from submitting it more than one time.
This is used to ensure survey results are not negatively or positively skewed by one individual’s opinions or experiences.
Set Logic Using Contact Metadata
Previously, survey logic based on a contact’s metadata could only be applied using JavaScript.
We’ve now incorporated ‘Contact’ as a type in the survey logic user interface and users can choose from all default and custom contact fields when setting the logic. This will be significantly easier for our users compared to using JavaScript.
Location Element UpdatedWhen adding a Location element to a survey, users can choose to display the name and/or address of the location to respondents. This can help respondents to more easily find and choose the correct location from the list when submitting their survey. |
Enable Custom Domain for Survey
If custom domains have been set up for an organization by an Intouch user, a client user can then set a Custom Survey URL in the survey settings and, if desired, use a different domain for different surveys. Respondents will be directed to the custom URL rather than the default ‘intouchsurvey’ URL.
