Users Filter
The Users list in Access can now be filtered by:
- One or more Groups
- A Hierarchy node
- A specific Permission
- One or more Products
- Whether the users' accounts have been Activated or Not Activated
This will make it much easier for Admin users to see how their users are configured, and whether or not users have activated their accounts.
The filtered list can also be downloaded.
Sort Users on Hierarchy Nodes
The list of users who have been added to a particular hierarchy node can now be sorted by Email and Name.
This will make finding users in the list much easier when updates are required.
Trace Log Updates
- Followup Comments -
Trace logs now include details when comments are added or deleted from Check Followups.
- Mobile-Friendly View -
The mobile view has been improved, so that the logs can more easily be viewed on a mobile device.
Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- Searching for user by first AND last name does not work in dropdowns
- User without proper ACL can still add, edit, and delete groups

Case Management Updates
- Case Filters -
The filter for the Case lists in IQ has been updated. The filters now open on the right-side of the screen.
Filter options include, but are not limited to:
- Date Created
- Priority
- Assignee
- Location
- Tag
- Program
- Case Comment Mentions -
When adding a comment to a case, the user can now mention another user.
- Enter @, then begin typing the user's name, and select the user(s) you'd like to mention in the comment
- Mentioned users will receive an email notification with a link to the case
- Only users who have access to the product (i.e. Check, Shop, Survey, Audit - when applicable) and to the hierarchy node (when applicable) for that case can be selected/mentioned
Show Dates/Times Using Hierarchy Timezones
When adding a date or time to a custom record list, users can now configure those fields so that they are displayed using the timezone of the location node.
This can be useful if the user viewing the record list is located in a different timezone than the locations.
Favorites Dashboard Menu
Dashboards you have favorited can now easily be accessed from the Home page left-side navigation menu.
Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- Cases & Followups appearing in Favorites list
- Update Case trigger actions not working as expected
- Create Tag feature not immediately visible when the list of existing tags is too long
- Case management dashboard is not respecting the hierarchy filters
- Print View PDF for Survey IQ records includes 'Captcha' element
- Images/text on Section View PDF are overlapping
- Headers missing on PDF Exports and page breaks not properly formatted
- Custom Dashboard charts for cycle that only contain 1 cycle show label "Cycle" instead of actual cycle label
- Deleting a case doesn't return you to the listing you came from
- Cases listing menu on mobile device is inconsistent with desktop view
- Charts not respecting 'in chart' date filters

Followup Updates
- Followups Filter -
The filter for the Followups list in Check has been updated.
The filters now open on the right-side of the screen.

Delete Checklist Drafts
If you have made changes to a checklist but have not yet published them, and would like to discard your changes, you can use the Delete Draft feature that has been added.
Your original published checklist will not be affected when you delete a draft.
Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- Cannot publish checklist on mobile device
- Followup filter chip for auditor says Creator
- Followups help message overlays other content on mobile device
- Check users getting "Unable to start Audit" error
- After image/comment is added and saved by auditor, view jumps to top of page
New & Updated Features
Delete Survey Drafts
If you have made changes to a survey but have not yet published them, and would like to discard your changes, you can use the Delete Draft feature that has been added.
Your original published survey will not be affected when you delete a draft.
Contact History
The contact details available in the Contact Centre now include the Contact History.
Users will be able to see when a contact was created, updated, unsubscribed, etc.
Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- When a contact list is added or deleted, the left-side menu in the Contact Center does not immediately update
