- Login attempt with wrong password results in a blank page
- User timezone picker does not have an "X" to clear the value that was entered
New & Updated Features
Updated KPI Features
The KPI feature in IQ has been updated to:
- Allow an Admin user to view an updated PREDICT screen in their KPI so that they can have more control over the setup of their key driver, can view real time updates, and can modify their query to assist with improved and more efficient insights and future planning.
- Allow an Admin user to create a KPI and Action Campaign using a section or tag from any program, across all products, in addition to a question.
Favorite Standard Dashboards & Reports
In addition to being able to favorite custom dashboards and reports, users can now favorite standard dashboards and reports, so that they can be easily accessed from the IQ Home page.
Delete Case Comments
Admin users can now delete any comment that has been added to a case.
This can be useful if a comment contains information that should not be viewed by other users, such as personally identifiable information.
Create Trigger on Check Pass/Fail Outcomes
Conditions on trigger notifications can now be configured using the Pass or Fail outcome on a checklist.
For example, an organization might want to send an email to a specific user to review the record and follow up on the issues that were reported when the outcome = Fail.
Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- Case/Followup "download image" feature opens image in larger size/new tab; it doesn't download the image
- Summary Report/Print View PDF does not translate question text
- Record Summary PDF shows skipped questions even though the record doesn't
- External Data doesn't load for standard users
- Standard Cases limiting assignee list to Admin and Review ACL users
- Alerts not sending to assignees if the case is assigned when created
New & Updated Features
Assigned Checklist Management
From the Audit Management page, users who have assigned a checklist to an auditor can now track the status of those audits until completion.
Downloading & Favoriting Checklists
Auditors can now favorite a checklist so that it appears at the top of the list when they are starting a checklist/audit, and also download a checklist for offline use, from the Start a Checklist modal.
They no longer have to navigate to a different page to complete these actions.
Creating Followup Tags
Auditors can now create and add tags when adding a followup while performing an audit.
This will assist Admin users to easily find related followups, and report on them.
New & Updated Features
Enable/Disable Distributions
Email and SMS distributions that have been configured can be disabled and enabled, as needed.
When a distribution is disabled, auto-deliveries will not occur, and users will not have the option to manually select the distribution when sending a survey.
When a distribution is enabled again, the previous configuration/settings are retained.
Survey Design Updates
- Final Page Design -
Images can now easily be added when designing a survey final page, to leave respondents with a lasting impression.
- NPS® Question Update -
To ensure we maintain NPS best practices and to facilitate reporting on NPS scores, only a single NPS question can be added to a survey.
Surveys that were previously designed with more than one NPS question will not be affected by this update.
