New & Updated Features
Custom Welcome Email
Admin users can now add custom text to the account activation "welcome" email that is sent to new users.
This enables organizations to include information that will give their users more context around what they're activating, as some may not be familiar with Intouch Insight name/brand that appears in the default welcome email.
The email editor is found in Account Settings (Access) > Organization Settings > Organization.
Content entered in the editor will appear above the default email content that indicates "To activate your account, please click on the button below."
Manage Groups
Admin users (and users with User Management permissions) can now create a new Group from the group dropdown menus in:
- Checklist General Settings
- Checklist Scheduler Settings
- The User Management page
Simply click on Manage Groups at the bottom of the dropdown menu, and a new browser tab will open and redirect to the Groups list in Access, where the new group can be created.
The user can then return to the previous tab, and select the new group from the list.
