Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- Save button is enabled on the Create/Edit Group modal when the entry is invalid
- Error when uploading users who are already have an account on another organization
New & Updated Features
"Critical Fail" Trigger
Organizations using IntouchCheck can set up a critical fail condition on a trigger, which would fire the specified action (e.g. send a record email) for any audit that failed due to a critical issue.
This will allow organizations to promptly identify and address the issue that caused the critical fail.
Photo Exports
From the Standard Dashboards > Hierarchy Summary, photos collected on a Shop, Audit, or Survey program can now be exported using the Photo Archive or Photo Summary output transform, just like they can be for Check records.
Case Updates
- Case Attachments -
In addition to attaching photos to a case, users can now also attach other types of files, including PDF, Excel/CSV, Word, and PowerPoint, making it easier to share relevant information with other users, directly through the case management tool.
- Multiple Assignees -
Users can now assign cases to multiple users, so that more than one person can take action to resolve the issue.
NOTE: Both of these features have been added to Check followups also.
Record Lists
We have renamed our Reports screens; you will now see Records and Record Lists in both the standard and custom interfaces.
Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- Questions are visible when building a custom report, but are hidden in the raw data export
- Images on exported PDF of Check records are overlayed and overlapping text
- Photo export fails on large export
New & Updated Features
Review/Submit Audit
Auditors using a mobile device can access the Review feature to submit a completed audit from any page; they no longer have to navigate to the final page in order to submit.
Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- Critical Fail items do not auto-generate a follow-up on fail and should
- If you have pending checklist changes and disable it, only the newest version (not the published) is disabled and published version stays live
- Followup modal in check app should have Assignee disabled when in offline mode
- If using both signature fields on checklist, mobile auditors are unable to review details of audit
New & Updated Features
Survey Distributions
- SMS Distributions -
Surveys can now be distributed to contacts through SMS (i.e. text message) which can improve both the response rates and the speed of responses for surveys.
With the new SMS distribution feature, users can:
- Compose the text message recipients will receive
- Send a test SMS distribution before enabling
- Manage auto-delivery of SMS distributions
- Scheduled Distributions -
Survey distributions can now be configured and then scheduled to distribute at a future date and time.
This allows organizations to control when contacts in different time zones will receive the survey.
More Ways to Use Piped Text
Piped text can now be used to insert responses from previous questions into the text of a subsequent question, to provide respondents with a more personalized experience.
For example, if you asked "Which department did you shop in during your visit" and the respondent answers "Housewares", you could have another question that asks "While you were shopping in the Housewares department were you acknowledged by an employee?"
Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- When weighted tag scoring is used in survey to calculate overall score, sections with no score are treated as having 0%
- Create survey button is visible to users that can not create a survey
