Trigger Updates
- NPS Questions -
The conditions for a trigger based on the response to an NPS question on a survey now allows both numbers (e.g. less than 5) and the values (e.g. equals promoter, passive, or detractor).
This will make it easier for clients to send the relevant notifications to the appropriate user(s).
- Send to SFTP Server -
Trigger actions for a Record Created and Record Updated event now include the option to send the record (in JSON file format) to an SFTP server, providing our clients with another option for receiving notifications.
Subscription Updates
- View All Shared Subscriptions -
Admin users can now view and manage all shared subscriptions for an organization, regardless of who created the subscription.
This allows Admin users to update or delete subscriptions that are no longer needed, on behalf of other users.
NOTE: This same functionality has also been added for shared preset filters.
- Include Creator on Subscriptions -
Previously, the user who created a subscription would always receive the emailed PDF; depending on the number of reports being sent, this could result in a large number of emails being sent to that user.
We have added a feature that allows the creator of a subscription to include/exclude themselves, as needed.
Filter Cases by Tag
The advanced search feature in Case Management now includes the option to filter by tags, making it easy to view a specific group of cases.
Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- Completed surveys from 'today' are appearing in the standard 'Survey Records' dashboard under the 'yesterday' global filter
- The design used for mobile device menu pullout is inconsistent across product modules
- Two dropdowns for adding tags in case details screen
New & Updated Features
Checklist Background Colors
By default, checklist questions have a green background when the answer is "ok", and a red background if the answer is "not okay".
Background colors can now be turned off, which would, for example, allow clients to use a checklist to test compliance knowledge without giving the user a visual clue that tells them if their answer is ok/not okay.
Followup Updates
- Followups In Progress -
We have added a new In Progress status on followups so that users have an intermediate status between Open and Resolved, when steps have been taken towards resolving the followup.
- Followup lists can be filtered to In Progress cases
- Email notifications are sent to the appropriate users when a followup status changes to In Progress
- An In Progress chart has been added to the Followups Dashboard
- Followups for Number Elements -
Number elements on a checklist can be set to auto-generate a followup if the value entered by the auditor is not within the acceptable range.
Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- When using the the back button from Audit > Completed tab, the date range filter resets to default
- Approval email being sent multiple times for one record (to same user)
- Drag/drop new Check question always drops question at the bottom of the page
- Clicking browser back button brings completed Check audit back into 'In Progress' state
- Outcomes table layout is out of alignment on iPad
- Outcome scoring range doesn't restrict to whole numbers only
- Outcomes 'SAVE' and 'CREATE' buttons are active when ranges are invalid
New & Updated Features
Distribute to Contact List from Survey
Users now have the option to manually distribute a survey to a contact list from the Distributions Email tab.
This feature works exactly like the distribution option from a contact list in the Contact Center, except the user must choose the contact list in this case, rather than specifying the survey.
Fixes
The following issues were identified and resolved.
- Multiline text input suggestions on a Text Area element do not handle linebreak
