If you've attempted to log into the Intouch platform 10 consecutive times using an incorrect password, you will see a message indicating your account has been locked for 5 minutes.
You can attempt to log in again after 5 minutes, however, you will be locked out again after 10 more attempts.
We recommend you use the forgot password feature and reset your account password if you are unable to successfully log into the system.
NOTE: If you've been locked out of your account you will still have to wait the full 5 minutes before you can log in again, even if you reset the password on your account.
