Where do I find the tools for managing my users and hierarchy?

Intouch Access/Account Settings provides organizations with tools for managing their user accounts, hierarchy/location details, user permissions, etc., although access to these features is restricted, based on individual user account settings.

From IQ, or any other product, you can navigate to Access by clicking on the  icon at the top of the page, and clicking on Account Settings.

All tools for managing users and hierarchy can be found in the Organization Settings.
