If you have a question about one of our products, our online product-specific knowledge bases provide information including getting started guides, step by step instructions for using the product features, and FAQs.
If you can't find the information you need for a specific product or feature of a product, please submit a ticket to the help desk for that product.
Product Configuration and General Support
Intouch support staff are available to assist users with product configuration and general support questions, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
Intouch Insight support staff can be reached by:
- Submitting a ticket to our Help Desk
- Sending an email to support@intouchinsight.com
- Calling 1-800-263-2980 (option 4 for support, then option 1 for IntouchCheck/IntouchSurvey)
In addition to Intouch's own 24/7 monitoring and escalation procedures, Intouch offers 24/7 emergency escalation support via telephone. This service provides a means for end users to report a system outage but is not intended for product configuration/general support.
