Access to Intouch products is controlled with user groups.
In order for users to see/access a product, they must belong to a user group that has been associated with the product.
For example, if you have one or more users that should only have access to IntouchIntelligence (IQ), set up a user group for just that product.
If you have other users who needs access to IQ and IntouchCheck, set up another user group for those products.
Then add the users to the applicable group.
User groups can be set on the user's account details...
...or you can add users to the user group.
To search for a user or user group, begin typing the user's email address or the group name, which ever is applicable.
After you've entered at least three letters, all matching users/groups will be displayed and can be selected.
The more you type in the search field, the more accurate your search results will be.
