If you have a question about one of our products, our online product-specific knowledge bases provide information including getting started guides, step by step instructions for using the product features, and FAQs.
If you can't find the information you need for a specific product or feature of a product, please submit a ticket to the help desk for that product.
In the upper right corner of all knowledge base pages, click on the link to Submit a request to begin the process.
Once you click the link, you will be directed to a form where you will be asked to indicate the type of support/assistance you require, provide your basic contact information, as well as a description of your issue or suggestion, and any supporting attachments needed.
Upon submission of your request, you will receive an email confirming that your request was received. The Intouch Support team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
